  • Each participant is allowed to submit only ONE abstract
  • For NUS and UM students, you have to submit the abstract to the 27th BSGC committee via key person of your home institute if you wish to receive sponsorship
  • For CU students, you have to submit the abstract to the 27th BSGC organizing committee via this e-mail: bsgc2022.cu.reg@gmail.com

    Special grants

    Details about the grant

    To encourage participation, a limited number of grants will be available for early bird registration (before 16th Sep 2022). The grants will be selected by scientific committees.

    The financial support will cover the conference fee including
      1. Participation on all sessions
      2. Breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, and banquet
      3. Excursion
      4. Accommodation for 3 days during the conference periods (In case that you do not have a room partner, we will select your room partner by gender.)
    Financial support open for any applicants who:
      1. Are the first 10 applicants.
      2. Apply on early bird round (before 16st Sep 2022).
      3. First come, first served.
      4. NUS, UM and CU applicants are not eligible for these sponsorships.

    NOTE : The financial support selection procedure would be taken longer than seven days and the applicants might have to pay in advance. When the granted names were announced (by e-mail) then you can reimburse the expense you paid. The reimbursement will be given at the registration desk on the first date of the conference. We would reimburse the pre-paid money in Thai baht (in the exact amount as we receive).
